Bug report: Mixups with Syntronik 1/2 presets in Sampletank

Bully Syntronik 2 presets are showing up somehow in the Syntronik legacy 99 and Blau folders when searching for presets in Sampletank 4. Also, only 99 and Blau have their own Syntronik 2 preset folders in Sampletank 4. Is this intentional? All the others have both their Syntronik 1 and 2 presets in the same folder.

Off topic: Will we be able to filter out libraries soon in Sampletank 4? It's getting a little crowded with all of the libraries at this point!

The best thing to do is contact Support, via here. If Searching the FAQs does not help there is a red button link to the Technical Support form, for some one to one investigation and help. Send them specific examples and attach a few screenshots to the auto-acknowledgement email.

I have reported that the libraries in ST4 are not in alphabetical order, after Syntronik 2's installation.

Response time aims to be within 2 working days (US (East Coast) Business hours, generally), but in the current circumstances please allow some more time.

And, to help others who run into a similar problem, please let us know what you did to resolve the problem. Please do not quote directly any correspondence from Support, as that may apply only to your particular circumstances and may lead others down the wrong track.
