MP2 does come with a few Multis (not sure about MP2 CE). Have a look in the Multis sub-folder in your MP2 library. That's where the should be. Are you sure that you installed all the parts of the MP2 Sounds Library?
As for recording articulations, that needs to be done in your DAW
Multis can contain two different kinds of Instruments in Miroslav Philharmonik 2: First, there are standard single articulation Instruments like a solo portato violin. Then there are “multi-articulation” Instruments that use key switching, velocity switching or mod wheel switching to change between different performances of the same sound such as a violin that is played with sustaining notes, portato notes, staccato notes or pizzicato notes.
The articulation switches are indicated by gray icons next to the Instrument name: KS for key switch, VS for velocity switch and MW for mod wheel switch.
So, depending on the instrument loaded, you would need to record or program specific notes, notes at different velocities or ModWheel CC events in your DAW.
