Newly Purchased Softwareupdates do not show in ST4 [Resolved

Hi guys

due to the 25th Anniversery Group Buy I purchased ST4.

But the new content does not show, i reinstalled ST, but nothing, i only get the free Art Deco Piano...

On Amplitube, u go Custom Shop and hit restore my purchases, did not help it.

On ST I dont find anything like restore my purchases.

Can someone help plz?

Did you Register the (new) ST4 Serial Number in the IK Product Manager?

In the SampleTank section, click on the [Products] tab to see exactly which ST4 products are registered.

Yepp, I entered the ST4 serialnumber into IK P-Manager.

Uninstalled and installed ST 4 again.

then in the tab sectipn are many programs with a lock to see.

ST 4 has no lock, but in the category only 1 entry named piano, if i continue from there and load a sound my free art deco piano shows up.

thats it.
