How to install Syntronik

Installed Syntronik Deluxe but see only 17 Synth of 22 and only 50 Presets of 1200. If i click on "More Sounds.." I see a Website. Thats weired. Someone knows how that work ? [mod edit - unnecessary, review the rules]

Make sure that you have installed all the sounds libraries, using the IK Product Manager ("IKPM"). And in the Custom Shop, do a "Restore My Purchases".


Or, maybe the Serial Number used is for Syntronik Free. In the IKPM. Unauthorize Syntronik, Register your Syntronik Deluxe Serial Number, Authorize Syntronik. And in the Custom Shop, do a "Restore My Purchases".

Hey, thanks! Yeah it's a bit weired. The mail I received said:

1) Download the IK Product Manager here.

2) Run the IK Product Manager and select "Manage My Products".

3) Click "Register Product", insert your serial number and click register.

Unfortunately that doesn't help much to know how to install.
I found this solution:
- In IPM change to "Sounds" Section and install "Syntronik Deluxe" - Single Packages not needed to be installed, will be installed with ".. Deluxe" package
- After installation finished open Syntronik, Settings, "Library", Click "Rescan Instruments"
