Separate effect for dums note in Sample Tank

Postby pitr77 » Thu Mar 11, 2021 2:09 pm

Hello, could you advise me pls., if i can insert a reverb only for one key in Sample Tank? I need reverb just only for Rim Click on snare note C# , not for the rest of the drum´s set. Thank you

In a given part, the effects are active across the entire keyboard. You cannot apply an effect to just one note on a single part.

To have a reverb on just the snare, remove the reverb on main drum part and than put a snare sound on a separate part and then apply reverb to that part containing the snare.

Also note that some kits will have "Elements" versions which have just a certain type of sound from that kit (snares, kicks, toms, etc).
