help path library sounds

guys I'm going crazy it is not possible that such a product these days still has problems on the path of the libraries.
my operating system is windows 10.
I installed the miroslav library on the sampletank 3 folder which is on public documents but nothing to do.
please help me i really like ikmultimedia plugins but this thing is really getting on my nerves !!

Hello Soudspace73 and welcome to the forums.

What is it that you are having issues with? Are you trying to access the sound content from SampleTank (3 or 4) or from Miroslav 2 itself?

my problem is that after installing the miroslav and syntronik library while with syntronik if I connect the path to the SampleTank 3 folder there are no problems with miroslav there is the problem that I cannot find any library yet the library is installed inside the folder of SampleTank 3 so I can't figure out where the problem is.
i saw on the forum and it seems i did the correct thing ie install the miroslav library inside the SampleTank 3 folder.

OK, so you still haven't confirmed what software can't see the Miroslav 2, but if you're talking about Syntronik as well am I correct in assuming you're trying to open the libraries in SampleTank3?

It might be helpful to post screenshots of your folder hierarchy starting at the IK Multimedia folder level.

the path is:
users / publish / IK multimedia / SampleTank 3

and the order of the folders inside the Sempoltenk 3 folder is:

Arpeggios
contents
effect presets
Exported Patterns
Imported Instruments
Imported Samples
Instruments
Library Info
Multis
Patterns
Samples
Sets
.ds_Store file

inside the contents, instruments and samples folder there are the miroslav and Syntronik library files.

the contents folder imported it from the WinRAR ZIP MP2_Sound_Updater_Part_1 file to try to see if it could solve the situation.

Well, the folders you've listed look correct, except "contents" and ".ds_Store file"

I've got no idea what that .ds_Store file is. It looks like a Mac file but you're using Windows. You have downloaded this sound content from your User Area on the IK site haven't you?

Have you tried opening the Miroslav Philharmonik 2 app itself to see if the sound content is available there?

yes of course I bought total studio 2.
however, since in my opinion it is not so decisive to continue talking here on the forum I will try to uninstall and reinstall everything.

You can delete the .ds_Store file(s); there are something the the OSX filing system may use.
