clashing upper frequencies with instruments

Postby meepet1 » Fri Oct 16, 2020 6:14 pm

Hi guys,

I've noticed some instrument sounds have some pitchy, strange upper frequencies. Listen to this instrument from sampletank, a good amount of instruments have this similar issue.

How to I fix/get rid of these annoying, clashing upper frequencies? I tried EQual on them but I can't seem to figure out a proper solution!

That doesn't sound normal. What audio device do you use? Make sure to check for any driver updates. Also, when you can, check your performance in the Task Manager or Activity Monitor. If you need to allow for more power for your plug-ins, you can try raising your audio buffer size a bit or lowering your sample rate (Deeding on what you're looking to do).
