Meet the new TONEX ONE pedal!

I have the serious issue about tonex one pedal and tonex application on windows10 pc.
I installed the latest tonex application version 1.7.3.
I got USB communication error when I launched tonex application.
I never used usb hubs.

I can see the name of tonex one pedeal device on IK MUltimeda USB Audio Device Panel.
Therefore, my pc recognised tonex one pedal device via USB cable.

I guess that the problem happened on tonex aplication side.

How can I fix the trouble ?

I'm having the same problem after the recent update.
