So saving presets from amp 5 to the pedal I wonder if it will be the full preset usable without computer? Amps and all?

The pedal's presets will be usable on the pedal, not the other parts of the chain. We unfortunately did not pack a full computer into each pedal

The software version of the pedal that is included when you purchase the pedal is made for use in AmpliTube, yes.
