If you purchased the AXE I/O + AmpliTube 5 MAX bundle you do qualify. They may not have seen the fix go through yet when they replied but you would qualify. Note that if you have been given a serial while you wait for the hardware they will have to take care manually. Please let me know if this is the case and your ticket number.

When is this software going to be compatible with macOS Big Sur and M1?
I bought it earlier in the year hoping it would be compatible sooner than later.
Its a shame that I have to run this package on an older mac running Catalina...

Only MODO DRUM is not yet compatible with M1 native or Rosetta 2. This is because the M1 and Rosetta do not support AVX instructions like Intel processors do.

All other products in the bundle run on M1 / Big Sur.

You're welcome. I also know that we're bumping the dev team to get more information about MODO DRUM compatibility. I know M1 processors natively cannot support AVX and Rosetta 2 does not emulate it but we've requested that the newer Macs get supported so hopefully there will be some motion there. In short, it's on the radar and being bumped internally. Thank you.

This is my first post so please pardon me if I'm using the wrong medium here. I use the Studio Max3 for most of my work right now but I want to request that the edit pages for Sampletank be improved upon to make the letters easier to read (Brighter). Would appreciate a resizable GUI too for Miroslav Phylharmonic. Other than these, I love the quality off all Ikmultidedia products.

Really, only you can decide. Have a close look at all the products in TS3MAX and compare them with your current products. As you have TS2MAX you will qualify for the crossgrade/upgrade price (and can use JamPoints?) - check of the Crossgrade section in your User Area on the web site.
