Other users may chip in with suggestions. Meanwhile, as this is not a company Support forum, the best thing to do is contact Technical Support via the IKM web site, for some one to one diagnosis and help. Search the FAQs first, as there may be relevant results. After that, you should see a [Contact Support] button at the bottom of the page, linking you to the Support form.

Thanks Dark Star: I did also send a note about my problem to IK Support - so I'll wait to see what they reply. I think it's probably a compatibility issue with Logic 9.1.8 - I have another Mac that can has BIg Sur - but I hear there are problems between Resonator and Big Sur. Compatibility problems suck! Cheers.

I’m not yet a user of IR technology. I want to replicate the dobro sound using a jazz humbucker electric guitar pickup. I expect the basic beginner hardware would be the IK Multimedia Tonex One pedal?
Will “The Resonator” SampleTank collection by Indijinus (1.6 GB of sample content) work for guitar, and be downloadable, into the Tonex One pedal?
