Where can we find the previous versions of software on the new website? For example, if I wanted to download the last version of Tonex 1.x, where would I do that?

Thanks!

I flagged this the other week - since the ‘update’ to Shopify the old download previous and beta software has now been removed… I would hope this will come back soon…

i put in a ticket last week, said it was supoposed to be available today.

it is not. and the responses from thier support team is not comforting. I hope that we will get access to our previous purchases, but it seems corpo’s decided we dont actually own anything, and anything we previously purchased is under thier purvey to allow access. makes sense since they are trying to push thier new software that would replace some of the old software that is now unavailable. but it really sucks when you have paying customers that you have to turn away because you no longer have the plugins that made their song amazing.

Okay, thanks for letting us know. I’ll hold off on upgrading to Tonex 2.1, for now.

when you do, make sure to save th4e files that are downloaded to the ik multimedia product manager download folder. take it from me: you dont want to be left without a working installer for a product you rely on. Especially if you have clients that also rely on that product. i changed my location to be here but you should have something similiar in your product manager:
