I was really excited to upgrade to Tonex version 2.1 and liked it a lot; however, I struggled significantly to get it running at 192kHz—a sample rate I strongly prefer because the sound feels much more realistic and enjoyable to both hear and play. After a lot of troubleshooting and tweaking, I managed to get it running at 192kHz, and I was much happier with the sound. The issue is that at 192kHz, the VIR cabinets simply sound terrible; while the IRs and tone models work perfectly, the VIR cabinet sound becomes unusable—and I have several great presets that rely on VIRs. I would be very disappointed if I couldn’t use VIRs at 192kHz.

Is there a solution for this, or is an update coming to fix it?

Thanks in advance to the IK Multimedia team.
