# The front LED is a solid,steady Blue of i loud Micro monitor pro (white)

The Problem: State that the speaker is completely bricked on startup. The front LED is a solid, steady blue, and the back panel lights are completely dark.Troubleshooting Done: Explicitly tell them: "I have already tried a 60-second capacitor power drain, a forced factory reset (POWER + LF EXT), and connecting it to a Mac via multiple high-quality USB-C data cables. The Mac and X-MONITOR software do not recognize the device at all."The Location Situation: Explain: "This was purchased new in the USA on July 27, 2026, and shipped to me as a gift in India. I received it two days ago. Since it is a brand-new hardware failure out of the box, please let me know how I can service or replace this unit via your authorized service channels or distributors here in India.
