[mod edit - unnecessary, please review forum guidelines] I placed an order but something went wrong. I got my item (the Tonex Board) but the payment went screwy. Now when I submitted a request to customer service, I got back an email filled with AI generated gobbledygook and didn’t answer my question. For privacy, I’m not getting too detailed about it here but can you help me out please? ---

We do not use AI for customer support. Please reply to your ticket and let the rep know that the initial reply did not resolve your issue. ---
