I am following up again regarding my purchase of ReSing on May 16. I still do not have access to the full version with the Modular features, even though my account shows version 1.0.6.
Here is the full situation so far:
- I purchased the full version of ReSing on May 16.
- The download provided at that time was version 1.0, which does not include the Modular features.
- I later received version 1.0.6 through my IK account, but installing it did not update the original installation from May 16.
- My system continues to launch the older 1.0 version, even though 1.0.6 appears in my account.
- I have emailed previously, but I have not received a direct response.
At this point, I need clarification on how to correctly update the software so that the Modular features are available.
Specifically, I need to know:
- Should I uninstall the original May 16 installation completely before installing 1.0.6? (May need a new download of Resing 1.0.6 if this is the correct option
- Or should I keep the existing installation and receive a new full-version installer from IK Multimedia?
- Is there a specific installation path or procedure required to ensure that 1.0.6 replaces the older version?
I would appreciate clear instructions on how to proceed so that I can access the full version I purchased.
