I’ve been waiting for my free Pianoverse **Black Pearl B200 to arrive for over a week, but still no sign of it. Also in my listed products in the user area, there are several entries that have no product names. How am I supposed to know what these refer to? Anyone else have the same problem?** ---

Sorry to hear that. Have you reported this issue to IK Support? They would be able to look directly at your account and get a better idea what happened and help clear it all up. ---

Hi Peter, have the same sort of issue. Ordered the new Arc Studio+, and haven’t see any movement on the order. And I did try to send something to support, but that seemed to go into the ether. and, I see the same issue with product list, lots of things are just their code numbers/ Thanks! ---

Just another piece of info I observed - under my products, all the hardware now has the wrong images. I have ToneX Capture, ToneX Pedal, and ToneX Cab displayed on the web site in that order. The images displayed next to the name are a ToneX Royal 45 Legends software box, a ToneX ONE, and a Tonex Pedal Bass edition respectively. ---

So not just me then. Obviously a gremlin in the works because of all the recent changes. Understandable and I’m sure in time will be sorted.
