I bought the large unit several weeks ago as well as some boutique tones. I can’t figure this thing out! I went through all of the steps to install the boutique tones (from a company called Boutique Tones), but the Tonex Max doesn’t even recognize them. I know they are the correct files because customer service at Boutique Tones confirmed it. I like the idea of Tonex, but I have to be honest - I’m not impressed at all with it. Can anyone help change my mind?
