# I've heard there's a time limit to download my sounds. Is that true?

Issue: I want to start using IK soundware products but I hear I only have a limited time window during which I can download them.

Answer: No, there was a policy quite a while ago but that has been lifted and there is no time limit on downloading your sounds for your IK products. You can use [IK Product Manager](https://www.ikmultimedia.com/products/productmanager) to download the sound libraries for your IK products at any time.
