# IK Product Manager Extremely Slow Downloads — Stuck Around 130–160 KB/s

Hi everyone,
I have been trying to download AmpliTube and several other IK products through IK Product Manager, but the download speed is extremely slow. I have been trying for more than 12 hours, and in some cases for almost 3 days, and the speed stays around **130–160 KB/s**.
This is happening not only with AmpliTube, but also with other plugins and libraries. At this speed, downloading all the products I need could take weeks, even for libraries that are not the heaviest ones.
I have already tested my internet connection and tried different networks, including my mobile connection. I also tried changing IP/network conditions, and the issue still happens, so it seems the problem may be on the IK Product Manager/server side rather than my connection.
Is there any alternative way to download the installers or libraries directly? Or is there a known issue with IK Product Manager download speeds right now?
My setup:
MacBook Pro M5
16 GB RAM
macOS Tahoe 26.5
IK Product Manager

you can download directly from the ik site under the user profile-\>my products page.
there are many reasons why downloads would be slow/fail/stop but most of them are related to downloading to a cloud based directory(icloud/onedrive/dropbox).
