I recently upgraded from my Arc Studio to the plus model and I really like it. However, when I did a measurement last night, I realised a problem.

My playback was loud, so I adjusted my monitor controller level and that’s when I realised the sub wasn’t changing level, which made sense as the IK Arc Studio+ has a separate sub output (which I am using). It made me realise, I have no idea how to adjust the level of my speakers and subwoofer with my monitor controller now.

I can adjust my computer audio output, which is fine for bog-standard audio playback, but that doesn’t work when I’m using ASIO. I can adjust my interface level, but it’s in an awkward spot in a rack near the floor, which doesn’t make it ideal. Is there any other way to change things? Honestly, I was hoping the Arc X software would have a volume level like the older Arc 4 software did, but it doesn’t. If it did have a master level, I could just leave that software open to make a volume adjustment. If only the Arc Studio+ had a volume knob on it. That would be perfect!

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
