# Can login to IK website but not to IK Product Manager

Using the same combination of userid/password, I am able to login to the IK website but not to the product manager… Already tried to change the password but same result.

Any clue ? Thanks in advance

Have you reported this issue to IK Support? They would be able to troubleshoot with you and assist you directly.
