# Big Problems with Sinphonica

Hello,

I purchased Sinphonica and have been using it for five days.

I am experiencing major problems with it. The plugin consumes on my Win11 System such an enormous amount of DSP that practical use is impossible. Even when idle, it requires 30–40% of resources. As soon as a chord is played on just a single track, the system starts crackling—and this is happening on my high-end system.

My system: Win11 26H2, Intel i9-285K with 128 GB of RAM, Latency on my Fireface UCX ist 2028

it is currently impossible to build a faster, more powerful system

I contacted IK Multimedia support but haven’t received a reply, even after three days

This plugin is for me completely useless as it is right now.
