# AmpliTube simplified plugin for Amps

**Product:**  
AmpliTube 5 (or future version)

**Summary:**  
A more lightweight plugin for only AmpliTube amps, next to the full suite.

**Problem / Use Case:**  
A nice solution if you use AmpliTube in a more hybrid digital rig with other solutions. I would see that as a value add.  
I understand that you can do the same with the current full AmpliTube suite by bypassing unused stuff in the signal chain, but the full AmpliTube plugin always feels a bit heavy in such a scenario.

**Proposed Solution:**  
Softube has introduced a solution like this for their Amp Room suite. It’s called [Softube Amplifiers](https://www.softube.com/eu/user-manuals/amplifiers), and works perfectly for use in a hybrid rig.

**Priority / Impact:**  
Optional but helpful
