# 2.5 months of silence

No contact from ik about the return of my arc studio for two and a half months. Multiple tickets and replies to the one message I got from their Italy office asking for delivery details (which I gave them). Absolute rubbish - I had to send my unit back because a firmware update rendered it unusable and I’ve been without it for 3 months. Is this acceptable practice? I don’t think so.

I am sorry to hear it. i use one and it works since day when. when was there a firmware update? I have had mine for almost 2 years and it has never gotten a new firmware update via PM software since I first got it and installed it.
